This course is delivered over three days in a classroom and practical-based setting at our convenient Dandenong and Thomastown locations in Melbourne.
Career Options
This course provides numerous pathways forward, including Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operation, Working Safely at Heights, Basic Scaffolding, Dogmans, Basic Rigging, C6 Crane, and Certificate III in Scaffolding.
Obtaining Your License
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be provided with a Notice of Assessment (NOA) and a Statement of attainment. They can then apply for their licence with WorkSafe. Additional fees apply.
Beginner Elevated Work Platform Pre-requisites
- Applicants will be required to undertake pre-course reading and an activity book to ensure an understanding of the learning content that will be reviewed in the class contact time. These materials will be supplied to the students upon enrolment and payment of the course.
- Students must fulfil the course’s eligibility requirements and provide valid identification documents to the WorkSafe Victoria standards, such as a current Victorian driver’s licence.

- COVE Training does not have CRICOSaccreditation and is unable to train students on an ‘International Student’ VISA.
